We sat down and prioritized our strategy according to their launch date, allowing developers ample time to update the application. We worked simultaneously on user experience and branding/user interface, addressing one aspect while awaiting feedback.
Based on our discovery session, we have crafted a compelling brand identity that aligns with the preferences of a younger audience. We have revitalized their logo, and developed a color palette and typography system designed to resonate and foster a deeper connection. From a user experience standpoint, we prioritized the reorganization of information to facilitate clear and intuitive navigation. Subsequently, we refined all critical user flows by implementing a straightforward, user-centered strategy that ensures consistent engagement, enabling users to achieve their objectives effortlessly. In line with the new branding, we introduced an engaging and attractive user interface, featuring larger typefaces and bold colors, while maintaining a strong emphasis on security and privacy for all banking activities.
Results
The results of this collaboration went beyond expectations: our client deployed the new brand identity across their brand assets. They also realised the importance of an intuitive and solid user experience. The improvements forced them to reconsider the development work and launch date.
