We established a realistic roadmap with stakeholders, prioritized critical flows, developed custom design sprints, and maintained synchronization with developers to optimize time and resources.

1. We initiated each phase with workshops involving stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the project's various segments. Subsequently, we constructed user flows by using a UI shortcut: we utilised a pre-existing, extensive design system equipped with ready-made components. This strategy allowed us to bypass the creation of low-fidelity wireframes and expedite our workflow.

2. Simultaneously, we adopted a "playground" method to tailor the user interface to align with the overarching brand identity. Upon receiving approval for each UI flow, we integrated the updated components into the main design system, thereby contemporaneously refreshing the user flows.

3. Our team developed prototypes for customer testing; however, we encountered resistance from the client due to time constraints.

4. We transferred meticulously documented files to the development team, utilizing Figma and Zeplin to facilitate the process. We replicated this methodology for each segment of the platform.
